TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made on this website (the “Site”) operated by the Site Operator.

By placing an order, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to be bound by these Terms. Acceptance is confirmed by checking the appropriate box or clicking the designated button before completing the purchase.

The Operator reserves the right to store and reproduce these Terms for future reference.


2. PRODUCTS

The Site offers for sale wellness-related products (the “Products”) to individuals or businesses.

Each Product is described with its main features. Images are for illustrative purposes only and may not be contractually binding.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary equipment and secure internet access to use the Site.


3. ORDERS

Products are offered subject to availability. In the event a Product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer will be notified as soon as possible.

The Customer may choose to:

  • Receive a similar product of equal value, or
  • Receive a full refund within thirty (30) days

Orders are considered final once confirmed, except where cancellation rights apply under applicable law.


4. PAYMENT

All orders require full payment at checkout.

The Operator reserves the right to verify payment authenticity before shipment.

5. PRICING

Prices are displayed in the selected currency (CAD recommended for Canada) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs are added at checkout and clearly indicated before payment.

6. CONTRACT FORMATION

The contract is formed once the Customer confirms the order through the checkout process.

This includes:

  • Cart validation
  • Acceptance of Terms
  • Payment confirmation

Electronic confirmation constitutes a legally binding agreement.


7. OWNERSHIP

Products remain the property of the Operator until full payment has been received.


8. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery is available in Canada and other selected regions.

Delivery times are estimates and typically do not exceed 30 days unless otherwise specified.

The Customer must ensure the accuracy of the delivery address. The Operator is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.


9. RETURNS & WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

Customers have 30 days from receipt to request a return.

Returned products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • Complete with all accessories

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the product is defective.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned product.
